2. Refunds for Subscription Packages

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.

  • Refund Eligibility for Subscription Packages: Refunds for subscription packages are only available within 5 business days of the initial purchase date and only if no services have been rendered. After 5 business days, no refunds will be issued for subscription packages, even if you cancel your subscription.

  • Automatic Renewals: Subscription packages renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date.
